Donations

All donations/purchases are permanent and non-refundable. If there has been a mistake or any other circumstance, please contact the Lead Administrator immediately (Stevo#9047).

• In a situation, where a buyer is banned for violating the server rules, any purchases made by the buyer will not be refunded, remember that buyers are held responsible for their actions, just as any other player.

• In the instance of a charge back, you will not be allowed to appeal any bans resulting from violating server rules.

• The selling of any item gained from donating is not allowed.

• Any extra character slots granted to you will only remain active during the duration of your subscription. Upon expiration of your subscription, you will no longer have access to these additional character slots. It's important to keep in mind that we will not exchange or transfer any character slots that are lost due to your subscription expiring.
